Food Log Sunday December 12

  1. 8:30am 54g whey shake
  2. 10:30am 54g whey
  3. 11am workout
  4. 1:15pm 54g whey shake
  5. 2:30pm 8oz chicken salad
  6. 6pm 3 oven baked turkey patties
  7. 9pm 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs

after being back to my normal food yesterday after my last meal it all started going down hill. I ended up getting very sick and couldn't get out of bed all day today.  I'm just now starting to feel like myself again and its 8:30pm.  So needless to say I will not be posting a food log for today or workout because I did neither.  the only things i was able to eat today were canned fruit cocktail,banana,and sipped on diet gingerale.  It was horrible.  On a brighter note here is a couple of pictures of Drago I snapped yesterday with his first snow.  He LOVED it!
