- 5:15am 7egg whites,one yolk, 1 flat bread toasted w/ sugar free jelly and spray i can't believe it's not butter
- 6:30am 35g protein shake
- 8:30am 8oz Chicken breast,5oz sweet potato
- 11am 35g protein shake
- 12:30pm 10oz orange roughy,steamed zucchini,squash,mushroom
- 3pm 1 grapefruit
- 4pm 8oz sweet potato
- 4:30pm workout
- 6:30pm 1 flatbread pizza
- 8pm drinks
