  1. 5:15am 7egg whites,one yolk, 1 flat bread toasted w/ sugar free jelly and spray i can't believe it's not butter
  2. 6:30am 35g protein shake
  3. 8:30am 8oz Chicken breast,5oz sweet potato
  4. 11am 35g protein shake
  5. 12:30pm 10oz orange roughy,steamed zucchini,squash,mushroom
  6. 3pm 1 grapefruit
  7. 4pm 8oz sweet potato
  8. 4:30pm workout
  9. 6:30pm 1 flatbread pizza
  10. 8pm drinks
