19 Days to Go…

Today I received a text from John one of my online clients that said "Our thoughts create our reality, where we put our focus is where we tend to go."  With my upcoming shoots approaching fast I have no choice but to step my game up even more! doing cardio every morning on an empty stomach.

I feel my condition needs to improve and I don't want to be only a few days away from my shoots looking back wishing I would've done things differently earlier. The beginning of my week was thrown a bit off due to dietary adjustments. Even though I was still taking in carbs I felt like I did when I tried  the ketogenic diet.  I was light headed when I stood up and just had no motivation nor the proper energy to go to the gym. Everyday I contemplated not going but forced myself since I'm so close to my shoots.
