Barkat - whenever i'm traveling or need my food for the next day because i will not be in and out of the house i always make sure to prepare everything the night before and put in in my cooler and in the fridge so it's ready to go. another thing you can do besides that is write yourself a note and post it on the fridge or somewhere that you know your going to look before heading off to school.

Lisiathe - thank you! Hiit cardio is a great source of cardio however i suggest doing both. low intensity for longer period. cardio can be done either after your weights or earlyier during the day. just never do cardio directly before your weight training as you are trying to still keep your muscle mass. choose cardio that will be easy on your joints (elliptical,stepmill,bike) keep up the hard work!

jon - first off thanks! next i can't give any advice since you didn't tell me how much you weigh, what your goals are etc. quick tips would be eat 6-7 meals a day, workout 3-4 days a week with the basics on weight training. make sure to learn the basics and focus on perfecting your FORM. leave your ego at the door.

I'm usually stuck at school for 8 hours during the day which means most of time I have to pack a lunch. Lately though I've been forgetting my stuff at home. What would you recommend I get to keep myself on track?

First of all... You are an amazing person who inspires and motivates me to be the best me I can be... So thank you for that... My question is: I'm 5' 11" 289 pounds and I would guess bf% upper 20's... (never got it checked) What's your thoughts on a person my size doing HIIT??? When should I do it??? right after weight training or maybe on a different day??? Is there a possiblity that I lose muscle mass??? My goal is to lose body fat and keep the muscle that I have??? Sorry such a loaded question but it will really help me out... Thank you for all you do...

Kyle - that was the first time i've ever used chains this way. I will be incoporating them now. as for the resistance bands. i've never used them either but i'm sure it would be a good switch up. I'm looking forward to being able to train legs soon and i'll be using the chains on squats for sure.
