8am - 10 egg whites, one yolk, 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana, 40z sweet potato
- 10:30am - 8oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice
- 12:30pm - 8oz chicken, 8 oz sweet potato
- 2:4pm - 8oz chicken, 6oz sweet potato
- 4:15pm - 1/2 cup oats, 1 yolk, 10 egg whites
- 5:15pm - 35g whey
- 6:30pm - 8oz chicken,1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup oats
- 1am - 1/2 whole wheat flat bread pizza, 1 banana, 1 tbsp almond butter
