- 9am - 54g whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 11am - 8oz chicken, 6oz white potato
- 11:30 WORKOUT
- 2:30pm - 4 pieces flat bread pizza (recipe here)
- 5pm - 4oz turkey burger on arnold whole wheat flat bread roll w/ ketchup,mustard,tomato,fat free cheese)
- 7pm - TGIF Restaurant - Cali Club sandwich w/ fri's
After having those cheat meals it kept me full all night. Here are a couple of pictures from yesterday after my workout.
