  4. 2pm - 6oz chicken, 8oz sweet potato, 1 cup broccoli
  5. 4pm - 5oz ground turkey,1 cup broccoli,1 tbsp peanut butter
  6. 7:30pm - 6oz chicken,1 cup broccoli, 10 cashews
  7. 9:30pm - 10 egg whites,1 yolk,4oz flank steak
