  5. 2:20pm - 6oz chicken, 8oz sweet potato
  6. 5pm - 6oz flank steak, 1 cup broccoli
  7. 6:45pm - 6oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli

For a switch up on my chicken I baked chicken thighs on the bone.  In my opinion chicken thighs tastes a lot better but have a little more fat content.  If your going to give this a try bake them with the skin on season the outside on 375 for 50-60 minutes.  Make sure when when your measuring out what your going to have to take off visible fat and do not eat the skin.
