- 2:20pm - 6oz chicken, 5oz sweet potato, 6 asparagus
- WORKOUT - after 50g karbolyne, 2 scoop xtend, 3.5g cee
- 5pm - 12 egg whites, 1/4 cup cream of wheat
- 7:10pm - 8oz tilapia, 4 asparagus
- 9:20pm - 6oz chicken, 6 asparagus, 1/2 tbsp macadamia nut oil
I've been taking fish oil capsules and flaxseed oil capsules with my meals alternating them.
