  2. 9am 4oz can chicken , 6 oz sweet potato
  3. 11:45am 2 chicken breast, Brussels and carrots, 1 peanut butter ball
  4. 2pm 3 large protein pancakes
  5. 4pm 1 apple 1 peanut butter ball
  6. 4:45 workout
  7. 6:45 54g whey 1 banana
  8. 8pm 2 Bowels beef veggie soup
    27g whey shake 2tbsp pomx
