  1. 10:30am 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ one scoop protein, 2 scoop protein shake,1 banana,1 grapefruit
  2. 3pm 50g whey shake,1 apple
  3. 5pm 3 skinless boneless chicken thighs
  4. 8:30pm 2 grilled turkey patties,8 asparagus spears,1 small salad
  5. 10:30pm salad w/ 7oz canned chicken

I worked out around 1pm ish.
