  1. 5:15am 1/2 cup oats w/ one scoop whey, 1 scoop whey shake w/ 2tbsp POMx
  2. 8:15am 1/2 cup oats w/ one scoop whey
  3. 10:20am 4oz can chicken
  4. 11:45am 2 chicken breast,1 large sweet potato,1 peanut butter ball,artichokes
  5. 3pm 3 large protein pancakes (recipe click here)
  6. 4pm 1 pack hickory smoked tuna, 6 oz sweet potato
  7. 4:30pm workout
  8. 5:45pm 54g whey 1 banana
  9. 8pm 2 mahi filets , artichokes
  10. 10:15pm 12 eggwhites, 54g whey shake

  1. Tyler: Do you have any problems sleeping if you eat that late? I have read that you shouldn’t eat at least 2 to 3 hours before bed. Is this a training regimen or a standard day of meals?

    • hey i actually sleep better when i eat before bed. when i was first leaning down though i would always go to bed on an empty stomach and that’s uncomfortable to me. follow my food logs as they do change daily.
