- 5:15am 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 27g whey, 27g whey shake
- 8:15am 6oz can chicken,1/2 grapefruit
- 11:15am 12 eggwhites scambled
- 12pm 54g whey shake and 1 tbsp acv
- 4:30pm 6oz can chicken,1 sweet potatoe,1tbsp acv
- 5:20pm workout
- 7pm 54g whey shake
- 9pm 8oz chicken breast,baby spring mix salad,1 tbsp acv,1000mg flaxseed oil,1 tbsp dijon mustard
Here's a couple pictures I snapped inside the elevator of the Standard. It was a constant moving digital picture of collages of different movies. They didn't play your typical elevator music either...it was very unusual.
