  2. 11am 100z chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice
  3. 2:30pm 10oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice
  4. 5:15pm 1 cup oats, 54 g whey
  5. 8:15pm 4oz sweet potato, 10oz chicken
  6. 10:20pm 4oz NY Strip steak,3oz chicken, 6 asparagus

I did no weights just 30 minutes of light cardio.  I needed a recovery day.  I'll be hitting the weights hard for the next 4 days straight!
