Baked Sweet Potato – basic but i’m in love

Preheat oven to 450
wrap sweet potato's in aluminum foil.
place on baking sheet and cook for roughly 60-80 minutes this will depend how many your are baking and how big they are. check to see if they are slightly soft at 60 minutes.
after cooking these i refriderate them over night and eat them the next day with ground cinamon on top. i used to do this over a year ago and finally incorporated them back. they will be a daily addition to my nutrition plan.

Hi Tyler, Congrats on your amazing physique. Truly inspiring. However, i see your progress, diet, and workouts now and they are all great and set to your current fit status. But i wonder how was ur nutrition, workout, supps, back at 22 when you were bulking up. how did you go from 17years old and skinny to massive 230lbs ? Could you create a maybe more detailed post about it ? Thanks in advance!!

I just noticed you are cutting out ground turkey and oatmeal out of your diet. I happen to eat a ton of both. Any reasoning behind this change? Thanks again.

Jon - thanks man! I'm glad my site is beneficial to you! I took waxy maize a few years ago and didn't feel shit...Karbolyne it supposed to be the fastest digesting carbohyrdate there is. I can tell a big difference In my muscle fullness throughout the day after my workouts now

Sunny - It depends...if your still getting fully pumped and still feeling a really good burn with drop sets then they are still effective..however try backing off of them and for one week don't do any..you will be stronger on your next exercise too. also i suggest trying some other techniques..rest pause,static hold on the last couple of reps..i do different things like that all the time i just forget to put it in my log but i'll start.

David M - Glad to hear you are reaping the benefits of proper nutrition! I only take Karbolyne post workout. If I were you I would have a meal about 45 min before the gym consisting of a protein and slow digesting carb. then 15-20 min before take the Arginine and Xtend..save the karbolyne for post workout.

Jimmy - I microwave my sweet potatoes. Rinse them off well poke holes with a fork and wrap it in a paper towel. I cook 3 at a time and it takes 12 minutes. Once done I cut them in half put ground cinammon on it and refrigerate it. It taste like pumpkin pie to me..I always eat it cold

Sup Tyler, you are the man! This site is truly amazing. I am on here everyday checking your videos/ food log/ workouts. Quick question. I see you are taking karbolyn after your workouts.
