Protein Pancakes

4 egg whites
1/2 cup dry oats
2 scoops whey protein
2 heaping table spoons of fat free cottage cheese
ground cinnamon as much as you want
pumpkin spice as much as you want
tsp vanilla extract
2-4 packets of splenda

have a skillet preheating on med/hi
add all ingredients in blender. pour in skillet slowly to the size you want. wait until the top sets a bit and flip once. add sugar free syrup and enjoy.

  1. Just made these for the first time and was really skeptical, and wow was I surprised. Amazing how good they turn out and sugar free syrup no problemo…thanks Ty.
