Chest/Tricep/Abs

WORKOUT13 300x12037 Chest/Tricep/AbsBack to training weights once a day.  Twice a day was a bit much for my schedule.  Also started back taking some supplements again today.  Had an awesome workout.  I'm taking some new stuff I've never tried before.

  1. Incline BB Press one drop set on last set - 4x10-4
  2. Flat DB Press - 4x8-12
  3. Incline DB Fly - 3x12
  4. Flat Smith Machine Press - 3x10-12 2 drop sets on last set
  5. Straight bar cable pressdowns - 3x12
  6. Cable seated overhead ext superset bench crunches - 3x12 tricep and 3x30 crunches
  7. Cardio - dog walk 25 minutes

  1. WORKOUT13 300x12036 Back/Bi/ABHammer Strength Low Machine Row - 5x15,12,10,6,6
  2. Tbar Row Wide Grip - 4x8-12
  3. Wide Grip Pulldown Machine - 3x12
  4. Hammer Strength One arm Row Superset Reverse Grip Pulldown - 2x12-15
  5. Standing Concentration Curls - 4x10-12
  6. Seated Hammer Strength Preacher Machine - 3x12 superset lying ab crunches 3x30
  7. Hammer Curls DB superset reverse grip curl - 3x12-15
  8. lying weighted leg raises - 3x30

LEGS/ABS/Cardio

  1. WORKOUT13 300x12025 LEGS/ABS/CardioDB Bench Step Ups - 3x12 each leg
  2. Smith Machine Squats - 4x10-12 one drop set to 20 on last set
  3. Leg Ext superset Lying Leg curl - 3x15 one drop set on each on last set
  4. DB Walking Lunges - 20 steps each way total of 40 steps did this 3 sets
  5. Leg Press - Hany Rambod technique - added a plate each set to pyramid up then pyramid down no breaks - 10,20,30,20,25,20 this was by far the most painful leg press technique I have ever done.
  6. Standing Calve Raise superset weighted sit ups - 3x20
  7. Cardio - dog walk 30 minutes

Extremely intense workout.  I'm still not feeling right as I'm typing this.  I'm off to make a Costco trip now and stop by AT&T on the way back to switch from my Iphone to a Blackberry.  Hope everyone had a great weekend!

  1. WORKOUT13 300x12021 Chest/Side Delt/Bicep/AB/CalveIncline Hammer Strength Press - 2 warm up sets 3 working sets 2 drop sets on the last set. 3x5-12
  2. Incline Barbell Press - 3x10-12 2 drop sets on last set
  3. Cable Flys - 3x15-20
  4. Flat Smith Machine Press - 3x6-12 1 drop set on last set
  5. FST Technique Flat DB Flys - 5x12
  6. Standing DB Lateral Side Raises - 4x10-12 2 drop sets on last set
  7. Seated Hammer Strength preacher curl - 3x12 2 drop sets on last set superset rope crunches
  8. Standing Concentration Curls superset rope crunches 2x12
  9. Standing Calve Raise - 5x12-15 superset bodyweight standing raise
  10. sit ups on decline bench - 2x15

Very high volume and very intense workout.  Had an awesome pump throughout the whole routine.. I didn't want to stop icon smile Chest/Side Delt/Bicep/AB/Calve   I decided to take my afternoon cardio off.  The only cardio I did for today was a 30 minute walk with the dogs this morning when I woke up.  Another day down....another day closer to my shoots!

  2. Front Squats - 3x10 - Back Squat 1x20
  3. Leg Press - 3x12 2 drop sets, first drop 10 reps second drop 20 reps
  4. Smith Machine Squats - 3x10 one drop set for 20 reps
  5. Lying Leg Curls - 4x12
  6. Stationary DB Lunges superset DB  Stiff Leg dead lifts - 3x12
  7. Seated Calve Raise - 3x12 2 drop sets on last set
  8. Rope Crunches superset V-Crunch Machine - 3x12-15
  9. Elliptical 10 minutes
  10. Bike Ride Home

Update on my training partner Ron.  He is now down to 198!! All of his hard work is definitely paying off!!
