9am Run 25 minutes - bike ride to and from gym 3 miles total
- 9:30am - 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana, 6oz turky burger, 27g whey
- 11:45am - 10oz chicken, 2 cup broccoli
- 2pm - 5oz chicken, 1.5 cup broccoli, 1 tbsp almond butter, 27g whey
- 4:15pm - 2 boca veggie burgers, 1/2 cup brown rice
- 4:45pm - workout
- 6pm - 54g whey
- 8:15pm 10oz chicken, 2 cup broccoli
- 10:30pm 10oz chicken, 1tbsp almond butter

Bike Ride To the gym 1.5 miles
- Front Squats - 3x10 - Back Squat 1x20
- Leg Press - 3x12 2 drop sets, first drop 10 reps second drop 20 reps
- Smith Machine Squats - 3x10 one drop set for 20 reps
- Lying Leg Curls - 4x12
- Stationary DB Lunges superset DB Stiff Leg dead lifts - 3x12
- Seated Calve Raise - 3x12 2 drop sets on last set
- Rope Crunches superset V-Crunch Machine - 3x12-15
- Elliptical 10 minutes
- Bike Ride Home
Update on my training partner Ron. He is now down to 198!! All of his hard work is definitely paying off!!
