“Touch Up” Training
For the past 8 weeks during TMT-PHASE 2 I incorporated a training technique called touch up training. Basically you can use it to bring up weak points to your physique or do what I did and have a little touch up work for almost everything. It was the first time I'd ever tried this out and I loved the results it gave me. I think it's smart to cycle on and off with it but I feel that 8 weeks it a good enough trial period to give it a shot. That is just one of many different techniques you will find within TMT-PHASE 2. Overall Phase 2 allowed me to gain strength and the amount of volume has allowed me to maintain 5 percent body fat!
7.5 weeks out from my upcoming shoots and I'm extremely ANXIOUS! I'm just so glad that I decided to shoot in November rather than wait till the new year. This time of high calories has allowed me to train my ass off and really fill my physique out more. I'm very pleased with what my condition is doing with the only change being that I havn't had any cheats now in 3 weeks. This weekend was great! It all started with a ridiculous 30 set BACK workout on Friday. The 30th set for the workout was dead lifts. I knocked out 315lb for 22 reps. That is a PR for me..most reps I've gotten in the past was 20. I'm tempted to shoot for 30 reps next time I went for a hike on Saturday...ballooned up my Delts and went to the Titan's game today. It was my first time going to a pro football game and it was awesome despite getting burnt all to hell. Once it heels a bit I'm going to get spray tanned in a few days to balance my color back out because right now I have farmers tan
Two more training videos coming this week from TMT-PHASE 2!
13 WEEKS OUT!
If you have been reading my blog lately you will know I have been very indecisive with figuring out the right time to get back in front of the camera. After doing some more thinking on Saturday and thought about it pretty much all day yesterday I made the decision to go ahead and book a shoot for the beginning of November!! First off I want to say I CAN'T F**KING WAIT!! It's been close to 2 years since I've done a shoot and I know this will be my ALL TIME BEST. I really want to make a statement with these pictures. I'll be shooting with the famous fitness photographer Jason Ellis. You can check his work out here. Wednesday November 7th is the set date so that puts me at roughly 13 weeks out! Plenty of time to get super shredded! The shoot will take place in LA. There are a couple of other shoots that are in the works for that same week and I won't know a definite on one till late October. Onto some other news I spoke with my webmaster today and he still hasn't given me an exact date on the members section launch but I promise it will be soon. You will get to follow my diet all the way up to my shoots and TMT-PHASE 2 will take me pretty close to my shoot date but PHASe 3 will the program for the final stages to grind it out right before the shoot.
Week 1 of TMT-Phase 2 complete! & News Update
That was one hell of a week! The workouts are crazy intense and so far so good as for being just as good as they look on paper. There was only a couple minor tweaks that I made to perfect it. Today my friend Brian joined up with me and we got after some arms! I've already started filming my workouts and I've done 2 videos this week which I'll be putting out once the book is released in September. This morning I didn't do any cardio except take the dogs for a 30 minutes walk a couple hours after my first meal. I did my second session of HIIT cardio for the week after trashing arms and today I did 5 minutes on the spin bike by doing 1 min at a decent pace then a 30 second sprint (extremely painful leg pumps). After the 5 grueling minutes were done I went on to the stair climber and did 2 minutes level 7.0 then 1 minute 8.0 and that wrapped up my workout for today. Tonight I was completely ravenous and for my cheat meal Suzanne and I went to my favorite burger spot here in East Nashville called The Pharmacy. I had the Farm Burger which has egg,ham and bacon on it and the cheeseburger which has 3 different types of cheese on it along with sweet potato fries and tots. I washed it all down with a German beer that was 12% alcohol content (that one beer gave me a nice buzz). After we finished that up I just wasn't feeling full or satisfied so I stopped by Burger King and tried the Texas BBQ Whopper and finished everything off with some ice cream when I got home
So after A LOT of thinking I've decided against going to South Africa or NYC in the near future to shoot. I know I'm a very indecisive person sometimes lol but I just want to make sure I'm making the correct moves in order to further my progress towards my goals. That being said the reasoning behind this is that I've really only been doing the correct nutrition, training, and supplementation for about 13 weeks now. Yeah I built up my body for the first 6 years by training correctly and taking supplements but my nutrition was always horrible. Then I had the 1.5 years away from my passion where I completely threw everything away to try to be a fashion model. Then after I got over that I was still in a confused state of mind of what exactly I wanted to do with my career and body. Fast forward till recently it wasn't until I got very sick with pneumonia that it was a life changing experience for me. If you've been following my site for a while then you will remember my ups and downs...my downs being where I wouldn't post ANYTHING for weeks on end...during those times I was very down on myself for the fact that I was always stressing out about my nutrition and could never accomplish the type of shape that I'm in now. I was continuously spinning my wheels and the thought of quitting and giving everything up was constantly on my mind. I was thinking of just getting a different job and going back to school for who knows what. So the gist of the story is that I want to give my body more time to improve. I've never seen it change weekly like it is and I've never done an "off season" style of nutrition and training correctly. I feel this is the best time for me to do this since my head is on straight and my priorities are in the right place. My plan now is to take the next 5 months and really focus on making solid improvements to my physique before I get back in front of the camera. This will allow me to maintain where my body fat is now and make solid gains where I need to and not have to diet hard to get down to 3-3.5% body fat for a shoot (which is the percent I want to be for my next shoot) There is one photographer in particular that I am going to set a shoot up with that is famous for just FITNESS shots. I plan on doing this at the beginning of 2013! Until then I will continue putting out plenty of content on here and my youtube channel! Thanks again for the continuous support! Everyone keep training hard and stay focused on your goals!

Health Update
Sorry everyone for my lack of posting but after that last post I took a turn for the worse that following day. I started coughing badly all day. Coughing to the point where I would be out of breathe and it was hurting severely. So I went to the doctor on Monday and they gave me an antibiotic, cough medicine, and an inhaler. After the first day day passed I called the Dr back because I wasn't getting better and they told me to give the drugs 48hrs in my system and I should notice a difference. I didn't after another couples days passing of no sleep and coughing my ass off I went to a different doctor on Friday. They did a chest x ray and determined that I have pneumonia and they told me that they only usually see lungs like that on an elderly person. He also said that if I wasn't as healthy and took care of myself as I do that I would be in the hospital right now. So I ended up getting a steroid shot and a antibiotic shot. I also had to do a breathing treatment. He prescribed me a stronger antibiotic and some cough syrup that has hydro co done (or however you spell that pain killer med) in it. Last night was the first night I was able to sleep the whole way through (in 10 days) and I finally feel like I'm on the mend. I weighed myself this morning and I was at 201lb. I'm not worried about the weight loss I just want to feel heatlhy again. I know that once I start back on a normal eating schedule and can workout my weight will come right back.
Member section news! My webmaster has been working hard this week and has been sending me pictures and test sites of what my site will be and as shitty as I feel I'm pretty excited lol I can't wait to get back to my normal self and killing some workouts! everyone have a good weekend!!
Silver Models!
Yesterday I got some exciting news that I am now signed with Silver Model Management again! If any of you have read my about section then you know that Adam Silver was the one who "discovered" me and gave the me the opportunity to get my foot in the door to the modeling industry in 2007/2008. He booked me on Under Armour, Ab Infomercial,Fitness magazines, and other stuff that I can't remember as I'm writing this. Mentally I'm such in a better place wanting to do this again as before I lacked direction and was very immature. In the next 4-6 weeks I'll be going back up to NYC to do all new shoots to update my portfolio and then hopefully I can start booking some things again
Also some more news since my webmaster Brian G. has been down here going through the McPeak bootcamp lol we have been working on my website and it should be ready soon! His graphics team sent over the start of my page last night and it looks SICK!
I'll be filming another video this weekend for my youtube channel so that should be up by Saturday or Sunday.
-News- UPDATE December 3 2010
My NYC trip has been amazing so far. I feel great despite being very low carb right now. I'm not even going to lie though I'm so looking forward to having some NYC PIZZA tomorrow right after my final shoot with Paul Reitz. I'm thinking I might have to get some cheescake as well Yesterday I shot with Rick Day. I believe that was around our sixth time shooting so I always get good shots from him. Today was Greg Vaughan. I absolutely love what we shot and CAN NOT wait till I get these images back.
A quick update about my you tube channel is that I'm going to be adding 2 new sections! First off will be a section titled A Fly On the Wall. This section will have behind the scences footage from my travels and photoshoots and footage of my point of view from the trip. Second will be Basic Instructions. This section will be basic instructional videos on proper form for a particular muscle group or muscle. Sunday I'll be uploading my NYC trip and I'm filming a delicious and nutrious cooking segment for desert. Also this upcoming week I'll be filming my leg workout.
Here is a preview from my Rick Day shoot last night.
Quick Update
Here is some quick weekly progress pictures. I'm weighing 204lb. I feel the best I've ever felt. This is the BEST condition I've ever accomplished and I'm never turning back as I do not believe in having a "Offseason". I can't wait to get back in front of the camera and start knocking out some covers hopefully
-News- UPDATE
Hello everyone! This site is still a work in progress. I'm looking at within the next week or so it should be finalized. My goal for this site is to allow everyone to be able to intereact with me and with the search function you can see any of my old workout routines, nutrition logs, etc. Thanks to my webmaster Brian! I'm very excited about having this new site and I hope everyone enjoys the information. Here is a picture I took with my Iphone after my chest routine this morning. Also make sure to check out the video!
NYC first weekend of December!

It has now been about 8 months since being in front of the camera. Words can not even explain how excited I am to be shooting again. I've finally accomplished a proportioned healthy look that in my own skin I'm comfortable and confident with. I've taken a whole new approach for the past 8 months towards a healthy fitness lifestyle and I have never been this lean before. Also, I now have a much greater work ethic than I've ever had before and I'm looking forward to the outcome. Mentally and physically I feel the best I ever have. Hard work really pays off in more ways then one. I believe these pictures will be my best work I've ever done! I feel so blessed and fortunate to be able to have the opportunities to do what i do. I'll be posting weekly workout videos and progress pictures leading up to my shoots. Thank you Jason Kanner (my agent) for always having my back!
