by the way - regarding your future in modeling...i think you need to play your sexy look more than your tough look. lets face it - you have a large female and also gay following and that is because of your sexy look. also your chick is always going to VERY jealous of this stuff. i think one national CK add, open some gyms and commit to a significant other. stay in shape - but your bod then is for the sig other.

ty - your assignment today is to take a walk or long run and think about the future. where are you going with all of this? i think targeting owning a gym or several could be good. then maybe marry your chick or set her free and find the one. where are you going to be when you are 40, 50 and 60?

Tyler, is natural pb and almond butter pretty much one in he same? Im assuming almond butter is a little bit better for you, to get your healthy fats are they pretty much the same? Thanks man.

It seems like you have made a lot of progress since last year. Recently you have been mentioning your weight numbers on your site. Anyway you can tell us your numbers from last year on your bigger lifts. I know you aren't as concerned about the weight but the mind muscle connection which is important.
