tybo - i suspect you already know that the real $ can be made by going underground...not deep enough or long eough to get hurt but fast enough to buy a cool car or get a down paymnet for a house and tuture beind a trainer and later a gym owner...maybe marry your chick. but fat wierd short guys would pay 10,000 to whip you and F you. fat chicks would pay etc.

Tyler, how many carbs do think you are consuming with the plan Hanny has you on and fats? If it is a lower amount, are you still putting on lean mass? Thanks man!

Hey Tyler, I was wondering if you just blend the oats into a protein shake or do something different...also im trying to get cut as well as put on mass, should I keep using Myofusion once a day right after my workout? Or do the why that comes in the 6 pound bag from costco in the morning and then the myofusion like normal?
