  8. close grip bench press - 4x12
  9. dips - 3x12
  10. close grip overhead cambered bar ext - 3x12
  11. hanging leg raises superset bench sit ups - 3x20

Second workout that I've used the big back grips and I like them a lot. I'll be using them on everything but leg and back day (I use traditional straps).  The extra padding really helps out.
