-Workout- chest/side delt/tri/ab
This workout was at 1pm today.
1. - Flat hammer press 4x12 one dropset
2. - Incline db fly 3x12
3. - Flat db press superset pec dec 3x12 one dropset
4. - Pullovers superset seated later raise 2x12
5. - Rope Pressdowns superset ab bb rollouts 2x12
Another picture from my VA trip. Went to Awful Arthers to have a couple of beers and shoot a game of pool. My mom ended up beating me in that game of pool.

Is there such thing as too much cardio? Cardio everyday and once in the evening after every workout. I tried your high incline treadmill in the morning on an empty stomach and it worked wonders. Just curious about how much cardio I am doing. Is it too much, am I losing muscle?

hey bro, quick question, if i decide to do an empty stomach cardio in the morning for bout 35-40min, would i need a post workout meal after that or would breakfast count as the "post workout meal"? i know you also recommended taking BCAA's before morning cardio, which i will be doing, your advice would be great
