  1. Seated DB overhead Press - 2 warm ups 3x8-12 one drop set on last set
  2. upright rows - 3x12
  3. standing db lateral raises - 3x12
  4. one arm cable lateral raises superset barbell front raise - 3x12
  5. hanging leg raises superset rope crunches 3x15
  6. run on 6.5 30 minutes
